Time has passed quickly, since we have been in our new home. This letter was sent to my relocation director Eileen, I would like to express my gratitude for Anita's efforts in finding us a home. Anita did something that, from my view, is very rare. She sat my wife and I down and listened as we described our situation, our needs, and our desires. With that information, Anita began a search of homes tailored to our needs. But she went even further, she invested an enormous amount of time getting acclimated on the different areas of homes, noting what was there and how it compared to other areas. She provided us with her insight based on a number of years in the market, which helped us to understand different areas and what was there and why it was there. While it was a long process with her in these activities, my wife and I could appreciate the amount of time she devoted to us. While we were getting acclimated to the area, Anita was also conducting searches. She very effectively parsed through all of the opportunities and tuned our search to specifically where are interests were. She was right on the mark and the search was very effective. Anita was very attentive to our needs, so much so she participated in a joke on our children regarding the home we selected. This I would say was above and beyond the call of duty. Above all, Anita took the time to understand us, listen to us, and help us through a very tough time in the relocation process. The results of which is very difficult for me to articulate. But I assure you without Anita's help, things could have gone very badly for us, and she was very instrumental in making a dramatic difference in the outcomes that we have received.
